PROCESSING PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES OF PROCESSING

To process your purchase in the Cult-Werk store and for all related activities (e.g.: sending products or information letters) and correspondence, your data will be processed for the fulfillment of this contract.

RECIPIENT OF THE DATA

For the creation of personalized letters, we will pass on your name and delivery address to a print shop. For the delivery of necessary documents, your name and delivery address will be transmitted to the respective delivery service provider. 
For secure payment processing during online registration, an anonymized transaction ID and details of the financing and payment terms (e.g. price, VAT rate) are transmitted to the external Strip, Inc. and PayPal Holdings, Inc.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will process your account details exclusively for this purpose and forward them to the bank holding your account. 
As these orders involve payment of a fee and we are therefore obliged to issue invoices, your data will be transmitted to the following parties:
Responsible administrative authorities, in particular the Federal Tax Office 
“Statistics Austria” for the preparation of the (official) statistics required by law 
Public accountants and other bodies whose control the company is subject to 
Legal representation, debt collection agency and courts, insofar as this is necessary for legal defense or legal enforcement


DURATION OF DATA STORAGE

The data is stored for as long as required by statutory retention periods, such as tax law or company law.

When you access a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of Facebook, Google, Twitter or Instagram. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly to your browser by the respective provider and integrated into the page. RIGHTS WITH REGARD TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA

In principle, the data subject has the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection.
